In 2000 NPM Capital took a minority share in Blauwhoed to support the company for future growth. Blauwhoed develops real estate both residential as commercial. In 2016 NPM Capital sold her stake to co-shareholder Valzoom who can be seen as a long-term strategic partner for Blauwhoed.
