Rijkswaterstaat has signed a partnership agreement with IT service providers Conclusion and Quanza for the management of its critical network infrastructure. Conclusion Mission Critical, a part of Conclusion, will handle operational service integration and governance, while Quanza will be responsible for the design, management, and maintenance of the network. Both companies have extensive experience in providing critical services to organizations that play a significant role in Dutch society, perfectly aligning with the needs of Rijkswaterstaat. The initial term of the partnership is five years, with the possibility of extension.
Rijkswaterstaat manages both physical and digital infrastructures, including an extensive network of highways, canals, bridges, and locks, as well as one of the largest fiber optic networks in the Netherlands. For the management of this network infrastructure, Rijkswaterstaat sought a partner who could take responsibility for the entire design, management, and maintenance, with continuity as the primary condition. Following a tender process, Rijkswaterstaat chose Conclusion Mission Critical and Quanza due to their proven expertise. This collaboration ensures a reliable and innovative solution, enabling a 24/7 available, agile, and resilient network infrastructure.
