Following the merger completed in January 2019, Bergman Clinics and Dermicis will be operating under the same name: Bergman Clinics | Huid & Vaten (Skin and Vessels). The merged organisation maintains branches in Alkmaar, Doetinchem, Enschede, Haarlem and other Dutch cities. The impetus behind the merger is the trend of Dutch healthcare consumers making increasingly informed choices, including when it comes to medical services. At Bergman Clinics | Huid & Vaten, Dermicis clients will continue to see their own trusted doctors at the same, familiar branches.

About Bergman Clinics
Bergman Clinics is the largest network for focus clinics for scheduled (non-acute) medical care in the Netherlands. The medical institution specialises in treatments in orthopaedic care, eye care, skin care and plastic surgery treatments covered by Dutch healthcare insurers. The clinics also provide specialised care for gastrointestinal and pelvic floor disorders.
NPM Capital acquired a stake in NL Healthcare Clinics in 2011. NL Healthcare Clinics and Bergman Clinics merged in January 2019 and have continued to operate as Bergman Clinics, which operates 52 clinics across the Netherlands and employs around 1,500 people.
