Kiwa UK has announced the acquisition of International Fire Consultants (IFC Group), strengthening its international expertise in the field of fire safety advice.
With the acquisition of IFC Group, Kiwa adds a new service line to its existing service package in the field of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) in the United Kingdom. Since Kiwa is a major player in fire safety advice internationally, the acquisition will result in new synergies with Kiwa's subsidiaries in other countries. In addition, Paul Brown, CEO of Kiwa UK, expects cross-over advantages for Kiwa's other businesses in the UK.
