Medux and its labels Medipoint, HartingBank, Atlas Kidtech, MHG, Orthototaal, and Eureva have convincingly achieved Step 2 on the Performance Ladder Social Entrepreneurship (PSO). The external audit conducted by the certifying body KIWA showed that the companies are effectively offering employment opportunities to people who are disadvantaged on the labour market. The corporate social responsibility performance of Medux was deemed above average. The certification officially recognises the company as an inclusive and socially engaged business.
Medux has more than 2,500 employees working to make the company successful. Medux offers them a professional and pleasant work environment where they can be themselves, where they feel valued and involved, and where they can develop to their potential.
Medux contributes to economic growth and jobs, and also provides sustainable and quality jobs across the country to 126 employees who are disadvantaged on the labour market. The deployment of the employees is linked to regional contracts and partnerships.
As market leader, Medux also aims to promote social entrepreneurship within its supply chain. The company deliberately opts to purchase products and services from other PSO-certified companies and social work facilities. Medux believes that a more inclusive society is within reach, if more businesses pursue social entrepreneurship.
