Ohpen announced that it has signed an international strategic collaboration agreement with Cognizant in the mortgage originations market.
Both companies recognize the clear and present global opportunity as mortgage lenders look to digitalize their legacy processes. The partnership brings together Cognizant’s proven, global BPO capability and strong local system integration presence with Ohpen’s market leading SaaS mortgages technology platform.
Ohpen and Cognizant had initial discussions centered around the UK and Irish markets, where Ohpen has been gaining real momentum following their new customer announcements with Foundation Home Loans and Dudley Building Society. After developing a strong joint proposition in these markets Cognizant aims to take the Ohpen platform into other key geographies in Europe and Asia Pacific.
