Our Omdus Group participation, specialising in renovation and property maintenance, is welcoming a new member, namely construction company Veeneman from Apeldoorn. This expansion will allow the holding to strengthen its position in the East of the Netherlands and take the next step in accelerating its efforts to make the real estate sector more sustainable.
Veeneman, a family-owned company established in 1935, has acquired an enviable reputation in maintenance, renovation, sustainability, and new construction. With 90 permanent employees, the company focuses on housing corporations, the care sector, and private individuals in the region around Apeldoorn. The addition of Veeneman further strengthens the position of the Omdus Group in the market and contributes to the realisation of sustainable solutions in the real estate sector.
The entry of Veeneman ensures that the Omdus Group, established in 2022, will be able to continue its growth trajectory as a national player in the market. In addition to Veeneman, the group includes other leading companies such as Roza property maintenance, Vergouwen Vastgoedzorg, and Rendon.
