Antwerp, 18 January 2024. IT consultancy group Tech Tribes today announced that it has entered into an agreement with investment company NPM to acquire the investment interests of Bencis. This strategic partnership marks a milestone in Tech Tribes' mission to drive innovation, promote growth and add value for their IT experts and customers.
With its versatile experience within the IT landscape, Tech Tribes has taken a position as leading player in the Benelux market. The collective distinguishes itself not only by its people-oriented approach in digital transformations, but also thanks to its expertise throughout A-Z digital processes; from digital strategy to the effective development of digital solutions within open hybrid platforms that can guarantee speed and security for all IT projects. Completion of the proposed transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.
