We are proud to announce that we have been selected as one of the best employers in The Netherlands for the eighth year in a row. In terms of overall satisfaction, we received a high average score of 8.0 and achieved the following rankings:
no 1 Best Employer in the category of ‘Multinationals’
no 1 Best Employer in the category of ‘Manufacturing and Industry’
no 2 in the overall ranking of ‘Employers with more than 1,000 Employees’
The Best Employers awards are representative of the largest employer survey in The Netherlands. Earlier this year, 500 of our employees were randomly selected to complete a questionnaire that benchmarked Vanderlande against 347 other organisations. Our colleagues were also asked for their opinions on a range of work-related topics, including corporate culture, their jobs, management, working conditions, and training and development opportunities.
